His sound carries the lyrical expressiveness of Banaras Baaj — every dha, tun, and na rings with crystalline precision.
A disciple of SNA Pt. Vijay Shankar Mishra, he has further broadened his rhythmic palette through study of the Delhi and Ajrada Gharanas — one of the few artists today who fluently speaks the language of multiple tabla traditions.
